How do I submit my images to have my album designed with? Images can be sent to us via DVD or FTP for a faster, more convenient transfer if needed. If shipping a DVD, we highly recommend making a copy of your original DVD of images, so there are no risks involved. Local clients are welcome to drop of their DVD of images.
What size images do you need to design an album with? The size of the images is very important! For best quality, we recommend images that have come from a digital camera with a minimum of 6 megapixels. If you are unsure of what size images you have or whether your images will be high enough quality to use, we'll be happy to discuss with you via email or phone.
Do you offer only wedding albums, or can I have a family album created instead? We design all types of albums, such as family, babies, corporate events, etc.
What if I don't have the digital images, can you use prints instead? All image must be in digital format. If you have the negatives to the prints you want, there are a number of services out there that can help to convert these into a digital format for us to use.
How many images can I select for the album? The number of images depends on the type of album you are getting. The larger the album, the more images it can hold. There is a general guideline of 2.5 images per page, but some page/spreads may have 8-10 images, while others may have only 2 or 3 depending on the images being used during the design process. By maintaining this 2.5 per page guideline, it gives us proper flexibility to have a much higher quality album design, and use more important images as full page spreads when needed, rather than trying to jam as many photos possible into the album, and having a cluttered and unprofessional result. (20 page albums generally yield 45-50 images, whereas a 40 page album would in the 65-75 image range). Each album is different in the number of pages it will allow, thus offering different options based on your selection.
I only have color images - can I still have black & white, sepia tone or spot coloring? Since the images are digital, we can alter any of the images to your preference. Please make sure to include this information into your order.
Do you just design albums or can you print and bind them as well? We also have a design, print and bind service. We offer a wide variety of printers/binders, and if you have a preference, just let us know! The albums types range from linen, thin leather, plush leather, hardcover coffee-table, traditional, and luxury, Italian with numerous customized cover options. Each album is unique in it's own way, and can be customized both, with images and text to your personal preferences. Should we not have a particular style of album you like, we'll be happy to get it for you!
We didn't have the best photographer in the world - do you fix images that need repair? Photoshop is a designers best friend! Normally we can fix most images, but there are times when either the resolution is too low or the quality is lacking. Please just let us know what images you would like to be fixed!
What is the normal turnaround time to have an album designed and built? Depending on the service being rendered, turn around is never what you would expect! You should expect your initial album design to be completed within 2-3 weeks of having your images submitted, in which an online presentation of the album will be created for you in the form of an online slideshow with music. Next you will make any edits that are needed. Edits will be made promptly, and once completed will create a new album presentation for you to view. Once final approval has been given, we will place the order for your album, in which we should have fully printed, binded and completed within approximately 30 days (holidays seasons are subject to change these times)
What is the cost to have an album designed & built? We offer all different types of albums that fall within various price ranges and budgets. We do offer package discounts for multiple album projects or album sets. Please contact us with pricing questions.

Do I get to see what the album will look like before it's printed and binded? We guarantee 100% satisfaction of your album, and we do this by providing amazing, album presentations that you can preview in the form of an online slideshow with music to see your album before it's printed and binded. With our conveniently included edit sessions after the initial design, there will be no surprises - you are essentially creating the album yourself - we do all the work for you! How much will my album cost? While we do have specific costs for our albums, much of the pricing is determined upon your album size preferences, number of pages needed, and album cover options. What else does my album include? All album orders come with a free design, an online album showcase presentation and a chance to make changes.
